Street and Sanitation Department
The Street Department maintains 106 miles of streets within the city limits of Bolivar. Our department provides several services including leaf and brush pick-up. All items other than demolition materials and appliances containing freon are picked up at curbside. The city street sweeper operates daily.
The Sanitation Department provides weekly door to door curbside waste pick-up to residents with the city limits at a $6.00 fee per month. Dumpsters are provided to all businesses inside the city limits. Fees are based on size of business and frequency of times emptied.
