Police Department
The Bolivar Police Department is structured to cover all areas of police work involving street safety, narcotics investigation, K-9 patrol, DARE officer and school resource officers, bike patrol, a detective, and a Special Response Team (SRT). The City has a total of 23 officers, 4 communications personnel and 1 administrative clerk.
The Bolivar Police Department is the main headquarters for all Hardeman County 911 calls.
